Chris has extensive experience litigating matters from inception all the way through trial. During his career he has achieved numerous favorable verdicts in both bench and jury trials in Delaware and Florida. His experience includes litigating complex commercial disputes, legal malpractice actions, insurance coverage matters, breach of fiduciary duty claims, toxic tort actions, and many others. Chris has collectively achieved verdicts in excess of $10,000,000 for his clients. Most recently, Chris won an $800,000 verdict in a breach of retention holdback agreement case in the District of Delaware.

Chris has experience interpreting insurance contracts to determine appropriate coverages and has provided coverage opinions to many of America's largest insurance providers. Chris has also successfully brought and defended against declaratory judgment actions to determine proper insurance coverage.

Chris routinely negotiates, drafts, revises, and reviews complex business agreements. Chris has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and licensing agreements in numerous industries including but not limited to the multifamily industry, commercial property, and Software as a Service (SaaS).

With many companies cutting their internal legal budgets and eliminating full time in-house attorneys, Chris can offer clients all of the benefits of having in-house counsel but with significantly less cost. Chris has experience in all aspects of general counsel practice including general risk management, employment law, commercial contracts, and litigation.
