Christopher H. Lee
Chris has been practicing law in a variety of industries and practice areas for the past 16 years. For many years, he was a partner at one of Delaware's oldest and most respected law firms, Cooch and Taylor, P.A., where he practiced in the firm's complex litigation group. He also spent three years as the firm's Managing Director. Since 2020, Chris has practiced in Florida, where he represented clients in bet-the-company litigation matters for Morgan & Morgan's Business Trial Group until the summer of 2024, when he left the firm. Chris is an innovative, creative, and tenacious advocate who has gained respect from not only his clients, but more importantly, his adversaries. Chris been rated AV Preeminent which is the highest peer rating standard given by the Martindale-Hubbard Peer Review Rating system.
Chris loves spending his free time with his wife and three daughters. He is a borderline obsessive Clemson Tiger fan and an avid Jacksonville Jaguar fan.
